audio during real-time processing but does not store recordings long-term, as governed
by our Data Processing Agreement (see Section 4)
- For users in EU member states, EEA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway), the
United Kingdom, and Switzerland, audio is processed via Deepgram's EU endpoint to ensure
data residency compliance
